The DNS attack on our primary DNS provider has passed and primary DNS services are now back online.
At approximately 6PM this evening (22/03) our Domain Name Service provider came under a Denial of Service attack which knocked out their primary, secondary, and tertiary Domain Name Services. This outage is presently affecting upwards of 600,000 internet domains globally. This outage is likely to affect (delay / bounce) email and web traffic to your domain for the duration. We have initiated a secondary DNS provider but there was still a minimum 3 hour outage time for all DNS services.
We’ve been working hard in the past week to update a number of features in our website. Firstly, we redid the top navigation so that it looks correct across more browsers. Secondly, we are now using a customized version of WordPress as our back end CMS for the site. This should bring more frequent updates to the site as it is more manageable. Thirdly, we have shifted the site to our Australia servers, so Australian users should experience much faster load times. For the moment, some parts of the site are still being redeveloped to plug into WordPress properly, and at present we are aware that the images in the website portfolio are not showing up.
